Ecloria Jewels delivers to addresses where shipping is available at checkout on ecloriajewels.com.

Delivery locations and shipping charges

Delivery within India is available to serviceable PIN codes. Our current domestic shipping options include standard delivery at ₹60 and free shipping for eligible orders. Eligible options and the final delivery fee are calculated and displayed at checkout before you place your order. Selected international destinations may also be available when offered at checkout; the current international shipping option is ₹1,800. If a destination or payment method is not offered at checkout, we cannot accept the order through that option.

Order processing and delivery

Orders are processed on working days, subject to stock availability. Dispatch and delivery times vary by location, carrier, weekends and public holidays. Where an estimated delivery date is displayed at checkout or in the order confirmation, it is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. If delivery timing is important and no estimate is displayed, please contact us before purchasing. We share tracking details when available from the courier.

Delivery issues

Provide a complete address, correct PIN code and reachable phone number. Contact us promptly if your details need correcting; address changes after dispatch may not be possible. If an order is delayed, damaged, lost or returned as undeliverable, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
